plugin.ini error

On negatron start I'm getting a error saying java.nio.file.filealreadyexistsexception for plugin.ini if I delete that file Negatron will work but it gets remade after closing and error returns not sure how to fix

Can you tell me what is your OS, the MAME version you use (vanilla MAME or NegaMAME or other, version number)?
