Hello,
I installed Negatron and to my delight I believe this is the FE I've been looking for. But I came across an issue on the very first game I tried playing. MAME already knows there's a problem with it, but when I exited the game, Negatron yelled at me too. I've attached a screenshot.
I've tried playing a different game in MAME that (IMHO) had considerably more problems than this one, but no error message after exiting the game.

This feature was added to catch errors that were never displayed by MAME's internal UI but only through command line's exit codes. In my testing, I never came across this case but I'll try to tweak this so that users won't be bothered by this useless message. Since the last official version, I've tweaked some other points, so it'll be a good reason to release them although there aren't any big stuff yet.

Released v0.98.4 that should hopefully fix this issue.
